Confidentiality and Refund Policies

The Company pays a lot of attention to observing the confidentiality of the information received from clients and applies its best efforts to protect such information from disclosure.
The Company gathers information which is submitted by users for the purpose of making an order and paying for the services. The Company guarantees that all personal data will NOT be communicated to any third parties or divulged otherwise. We undertake all organizational and technical actions required for the protection of user personal data from any unauthorized or accidental access by third parties, from destruction, alteration, blocking, duplication, distribution or other such illegal treatment.

Personal Data and Security

– The Company guarantees that all information received from you will never under any circumstances be disclosed to third parties.
– The Company can ask you to provide your personal data under certain circumstances. Your information will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing your order and making the payment.
– In order to provide certain relevant information to you (e.g., regarding a rescheduled date for transfer, more details, confirmation of the transfer payment etc.), the Company with your consent can communicate such data to the email address specified by you.
– When orders are paid at our website with credit cards or by means of payment systems, all such operations are carried out on a specially designed secure internet platform. No confidential information (credit card and its holder’s data) will be made available on the website, with the exception of a payment confirmation.

Refund Policies

The funds can be reimbursed in the following cases:
– The transfer reservation is cancelled no later than 3 days prior to the date scheduled for the transfer. Under such circumstances, 100 % of the payment will be refunded, less the fees associated with the payment systems.
– The transfer reservation is cancelled no later than 1 day prior to the date scheduled for the transfer. Under such circumstances, 50 % of the payment will be refunded, less the fees associated with the payment systems.
If the transfer reservation is cancelled less than 1 day prior to the date scheduled for the transfer, no refunds will be made.
– For the purpose of confidentiality and security, a notification of the transfer cancellation should be sent via email only from the email address specified when making the reservation. No notification or letter will be considered if sent from any other email address.
– The client should communicate the refund request for the transfer no later than 10 calendar days from the date of reservation, in writing to the designated email address.
– The funds will be reimbursed within 30 banking days from the date when the relevant refund request is received from the client via email in compliance with the above provisions. Any and all amounts withheld by the payment systems will be borne by the client.
